約左fd 傾黎緊tokyo trip. 所以想搵個舒適環境, 同埋可以坐得耐d 餐廳, 一路食一路傾.最後決定試下呢間brunch, 其實都bookmark 左好耐.(ps 巧合地原來坐我地隔離個枱女士們都係傾黎緊tokyo trip schedule😆)其實brunch menu main dishes 唔係我最想試, 反而原本menu 有d pasta risotto 睇落更合我心水. 但又想要salad & dessert bar. 掙扎左好耐都係食番brunch menu如果可以選menu 菜式加錢追加salad/dessert buffet 就好啦蒜香海蝦銀黑魚柳炒意粉$208. 睇落好靚, 其實味道都唔錯, 海蝦有煎香過. 除左garlic, 好欣賞佢仲有切碎黑橄欖炒, 好香. 但銀黑魚太咸, 橄欖本身亦係酸咸, 整體味道偏重左. 如果調味, 同橄欖份量輕手d會係幾好一道pasta.燴牛仔膝意大利飯 $228, 先講presentation 已經不太討好, 好似碟頭飯咁😂 其實下面risotto 唔錯, texture 太點硬身sauce creamy 幾好食, 但riso

燴牛仔膝意大利飯 $228, 先講presentation 已經不太討好, 好似碟頭飯咁😂 其實下面risotto 唔錯, texture 太點硬身sauce creamy 幾好食, 但risotto 份量好少. 主要係上面舊牛仔膝, 係好大舊,炆得軟腍, 有d 似牛腩. 但調味唔太足. 普通

main dish 其實都係浮雲, 主打其實係個salad bar
salad bar 永遠fill 滿呢樣好抵讚

cheese好正! 仲有水牛cheese with tomato. salad 選擇唔少, 有水果salad, tuna 螺絲粉.... salad dessing 都有3~4款

估唔到係dessert cakes 水準都唔差. sponge cake 柔軟, cream 輕盈新鮮. 朋友最鍾意matcha, matcha 唔算濃郁, 但淡淡matcha 香都唔錯. 我覺得mango mouuse 都做得唔錯, mango 香味好出, 上面酸酸mango 幾refreshing. 有杏仁粒原味都唔錯
