In this menu, we were taken on a sensory journey to Taiwan, the homeland of the founder Nana, indulging in Taiwanese Oolong Trio in both hot brew and cold brew, which includes Alishan High Mountain Oolong, Osmanthus Oolong, and Red Oolong.

With snack pairings like Alishan High Mountain Oolong hot brew paired with Macanese Almond Cookies; Sparkling Osmanthus Oolong cold brew pour-over paired with Homemade Aiyu Jelly with Osmanthus Honey and Nashi Pear; Red Oolong with Cacao and Toasted Barley Infusion paired with Taiwan #1 70% Dark Chocolate (Fuwan Chocolate); each one of those pairings were specially curated to discover the nature of tea flavors and the elegance and beauty behind the tea tasting.
