疫情終於放緩,可以外出享受美食了!這天和家人來到W酒店6樓的WOOBAR,加上適逢「春季香港餐廳周 Restaurant Week」,當然要試試特別的午餐套餐 ($198) 吧!《餐前麵包》共有3款,當中一款長條麵包Grissini很美味,麵包表面有少量烘得香脆的開心果仁,與小麥粉香配合得不錯。我選的Starter 《吞拿魚及青瓜他他 Tuna and cucumber tartar with ponzu & roe》吞拿魚味道鮮甜豐腴,但略嫌切得太大塊,厚實實的質感與"魚蓉"相差什遠。縱使如此,值得一讚的是柚子醋加了日本豉油,令味道層次更豐富,清爽沒油膩感;用上兩種魚子 — 三文魚籽及黑魚籽配搭,除令賣相更精美外,亦增添卜卜口感,入口油滑鹹香,味道口感都提升一大層次。另一款Starter 《凱撒沙律Caesar salad》,朋友說這天的沙律菜不新鮮亦不爽脆,菜葉原塊上碟也令人有點進食不方便,有點失望呢。我選了主菜 《油封鴨腿 Duck leg confit with roasted pumpkin, mashed potatoes and berries sauce》另一道令人失望

吞拿魚味道鮮甜豐腴,但略嫌切得太大塊,厚實實的質感與"魚蓉"相差什遠。縱使如此,值得一讚的是柚子醋加了日本豉油,令味道層次更豐富,清爽沒油膩感;用上兩種魚子 — 三文魚籽及黑魚籽配搭,除令賣相更精美外,亦增添卜卜口感,入口油滑鹹香,味道口感都提升一大層次。

另一道令人失望的一道菜!鴨腿外皮煎封得不香脆,鴨肉入口硬實而且頗乾,半點沒有油封鴨肉應有酥軟濕潤的樣子!伴碟配菜烤南瓜及薯蓉則正常發揮,紅莓醬酸酸甜甜,救回一點分數...

朋友選了主菜《烤豬肉捲 Roasted pork roulade, with porcini sauce, mashed potatoes & baby carrots》

皮不脆、肉太肥 — 豬肉捲整體肥瘦比例失衡,肥膏部分太多,難以入口,皮韌不脆。伴碟配菜和紅莓醬汁則是跟我點的《油封鴨腿》一模一樣,令人覺得沒有心思和誠意,這並非我們想像中五星級酒店餐廳的質素呢☹️

最後甜品時間,我選了《加勒比66%黑朱古力及榛子泡芙 Dark chocolate caraibes 66% and hazelnut puff》

甜品賣相精美,榛子醬的味道略嫌不夠濃厚,被黑朱古力蓋去了風頭,整體不過不失。

另外也選了《時令水果沙律配檸檬雪葩 Seasonal fruit salad with lemon lime sorbet》

水果顏色看起來不太新鮮,相信已經切好擺放了好一陣子😅 檸檬雪葩感覺冰涼清爽,也正好可以清清剛才過分油膩的豬肉捲呢!

總括而言,這次Restaurant Week的經驗不算太好,期望以後疫情好轉我們可以繼續出街覓食,相聚便是好時光,將來我們再找更好的餐廳吧☺️
