Second starter was this Spicy Wagyu Tartare with Quail Egg and Sweet Potato Chips. The beef tartare was very delicious with the seasoning, as well as the quail egg. It’s very enjoyable on its own, even better when you have it with the homemade crispy sweet potato chips. If you want your tartare to be hotter, add more shichimi according to your preference.
