Starting off restaurant week with Madame Ching! Have always wanted to pay a visit and here comes the perfect excuse. Personal favourites go to Uni Sprout (2nd pic) and Siu Mei on mashed potatoes(4th pic). Each looks incompatible with each other but real magic happens when they are put together. How can you imagine that Chinese and western ingredients can actually go so well and complement each other. Totally impressed!
