Drunken wings are typically a cold dish but this is a deep-fried version. As I bit into the wing, the hot meat juice just flowed into my mouth! Super juicy. Fragrant xiaoxing wine flavor.
Chicken Stuffed w/ Glutinous Rice
Grilled by order. Sweet marinade, strong osmanthus aroma. Soft, tender and juicy chicken. The sticky rice had absorbed the chicken flavor and was mixed with osmanthus, duck liver and pepperoni.
