It was a Wednesday night around 19:30.I was able to be seated immediately and was given an English menu. I ended up getting a wonton noodle but had a lot of add in dishes which was not on the menu due to a friend helping me order, I also got some vegetables.The waitress was very friendly but spoke minimal English.My noodles come out with the beef lung, Wonton, dumpling, and sweet and sour pork.Noodle bowl: The actual wonton and dumplings were phenomenal. The wrapper on the wontons was very thin

My noodles come out with the beef lung, Wonton, dumpling, and sweet and sour pork.
Noodle bowl: The actual wonton and dumplings were phenomenal. The wrapper on the wontons was very thin and tender, it was loaded with shrimp, and bursting with flavor. Same with the dumplings loaded with fish ball ingredients. The actual noodles were not very good. So hard to chew, even after I had let them soak in the broth. Speaking of the broth it was very mild, not much flavor at all. The sweet and sour pork had a weird flavor to it and the pork in it was way over done.
Vegetables: I actually like a little bitterness with these vegetables, but this serving had wayyyy too much bitterness. They were a little undercooked and the oyster sauce was very unflavored.
Everybody was very friendly, I wish I would have just stuck to the wontons in noodle soup and had the fried fish balls as a side instead of trying to order a little bit of everything.
