I’m going to keep this short, as this was my first Peking duck experience.I came with a party of three, we were not able to be seated until after 9pm due to the high demand and the fact that our group was considered small. When we were seated we quickly ordered one thing and that was the Peking duck. Peking duck: The duck itself was good. I’ve had much better duck since being in Hong Kong; however, the magic comes when you combine all the ingredients. Spring Deers pancakes were phenomenal, like a cross between a flour and corn tortilla. Soft, doughy, with a slight gritty texture. You then add the fatty, meaty duck, the unbelievable hoisin sauce, a little cucumber, some spring onion, wrap and devour.
Just an experience everybody should try once. From the decor, to the service, to the unforgettable food experience.
One order of Peking duck feed all three of us to a nice satisfied level. We each had 6 wraps of Peking duck.
English menu and staff speaks English very well.
