It was a Thursday night around 20:00 and I was seated immediately.I ordered the squid with sweet soy sauce and honey as well as the braised pork instant noodle and cheese sauce.Both dishes were out within 5 minutes.Squid w/ soy sauce and honey: The squid tasted very fresh. Pork noodle with cheese: This dish takes me back home. Super simple and nothing fancy, but an absolute wonderful meal. The noodles were done perfectly. The pork was cooked to perfection. It was fatty, meaty, just dripping with juices and extremely tender. The cheese sauce was so flavorful too. It doesn’t look like anything fancy but it is full of flavor. It’s cheesy, saucy( not stringy), salty, slightly sweet, and there was a ton of it! Loved the large portion of sauce!
The service was friendly and helpful!
