It was a Wednesday at 19:15 when I was seated immediately.I ordered the pork belly and fried cuttlefish ball fish soup, soy sauce chicken wings, soy sauce egg, and vegetables.Everything arrived in less than 10 minutes.Fish soup: I really enjoyed this soup! The broth is slightly sweet and has a good fish flavor, not the most flavorful but I feel like that works best since my add in ingredients were very flavorful. The pork belly was amazing!!! Soy sauce and sugar soaked, huge chunks, tender, meat

Fish soup: I really enjoyed this soup! The broth is slightly sweet and has a good fish flavor, not the most flavorful but I feel like that works best since my add in ingredients were very flavorful. The pork belly was amazing!!! Soy sauce and sugar soaked, huge chunks, tender, meaty, fatty, just everything you’d want. The fried cuttlefish balls were awesome too. They soak in all that broth flavor but still hold onto a slight crisp from the frying. The insides are firm and full of flavor. The noodles are thick and very refreshing. I found adding soy sauce, lots of vinegar and chili oil to be the perfect combination!
Chicken wings: Very tender, juicy, and fatty. The sauce was nice as it was sweet but not overpowering. Just a good chicken wing.
Soy sauce egg: The egg is cold, the inside is nice and runny. Actually would have liked it to be cooked for about a minute longer. The soy sauce soaked in nicely and it was a good palate cleanser.
Vegetables: These were very bitter, I usually like a little bitterness but these had too much. They were over cooked and the oyster sauce tasted off to me.
The service was average. English menu and speak a little bit of English.
Overall: 8.5/10
