We have been to Ruby Tuesday few times before but we hate the service, so we wouldn't come if we have other choice. We gave it another go last week, we got there around 8.30pm and I phoned in advance to reserve a table. Just didn't want to eat at the bar again like we did last time. Anyway, it was very quiet when we arrived. We got our table straight away. They have a new menu on ribs which looks pretty good. The picture of the ribs looks very yummy. I ordered the ribs with chicken wings ($248)

They have a new menu on ribs which looks pretty good. The picture of the ribs looks very yummy. I ordered the ribs with chicken wings ($248) and my husband ordered on with steak ($328). Both ribs with spicy BBQ sauce and the steak and chicken wings cooked very well.
What surprised us is that we didn't have to wait too long for the food this time. Amazing. The service was so-so, they kept asking if we are interested to buy the membership card. We said no to the waitress and then another waitress asked again. When we paid the bill, someone else asked if we wanted the bloody membership card, we said no, then another person asked again. HELL NO. Do they not understand the meaning of 'NO'.
The food was good but the service is still a 'let-down', if they could leave us alone to have a nice meal, I think I will go back. Just a shame that every waiter and waitress is like a sales, at the end of the day, if they are good, people will go back, they don't need a membership card to attract them in.
