 The Drunk Chicken Pot was absolutely amazing! The broth was very delicious, I kept sipping it. The chicken was so smooth, tender and meaty; there were quite a number of chicken pieces. Lovely! One thing about the broth that I like best is that, even though it’s a chicken broth, it’s not oily at all! I am sure how often you come across with greasy chicken broth…
The rice vermicelli was thin and delicious. I enjoyed it like having tsukemen — dipping it in the drunk chicken broth.
A very delicious and filling dinner.
