Daimaru is a a Japanese chef-owner run ramen restaurant next to the Olympic station. There is often a long queue outside especially on weekdays during lunch hours.Their soup has no MSG but still very thick and flavorful. The $98 えび豚骨拉麺 has a very rich tonkotsu and sakuraebi flavor, can finish the whole bowl at ease lol. The ajitsuke 暁 akatsuki egg is marinated and cooked nicely. Very jammy with the runny golden orange egg yolk that will never disappoint you!Fair price, outstanding food. Totally
