Kane Tsuru Ramen is a true gem in the Central District. The chicken broth is simply unforgettable - rich and savory, with a depth of flavor that keeps you coming back for more. The noodles are perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of chewiness, and all of the toppings work together brilliantly to create the perfect dish. I love their Fried Kobou the most - Crispy and tasty ( it is great even you soak it in the soup).I particularly enjoyed the soft chicken slice which tasted healthy lol. T

I love their Fried Kobou the most - Crispy and tasty ( it is great even you soak it in the soup).

I particularly enjoyed the soft chicken slice which tasted healthy lol. The egg was cooked just right to achieve that incredible, creamy, mouthwatering yolk that ramen aficionados know and love. One thing that really stood out to me was the attention to detail - everything about the dish, from the perfectly sliced green onion to the delicately arranged nori, showed that the chefs at Kane Tsuru Ramen are masters of their craft. If you're a ramen lover, don't miss out on this place.

The only takes away is the environment. Quite a few flies flying around….
