The seared Miyazaki wagyu beef slices were so delicious Fatty and rich in flavour The broth was exceptionally rich and buttery Ramen was thin and paired well with the beef, shredded leek and broth. Also tried the grilled scalloped in garlic butter, really good as well. Finish the meal off with a glass of frizzy Okinawan shikuwasa soda! Refreshing!
