Named after the Catalan word for ‘wave’, ÓNA rides the wave of coastal cuisines that accompanied ancient empires from the Phoenicians to the Greeks, Romans and Ottomans.


Amid this unique diversity, veteran Moroccan chef El Mehdi Zenasni, not surprisingly headlines beloved icons of his home – from rich, melt-in-your-mouth Beef Tagine flavored with apricot, prune and almonds.


Seafood dishes constitute another major highlight of ÓNA’s menu, with signature dishes including, Prawn Saganaki and Mediterranean Style Grill Whole Seabass.


Vegetarian selections extend from harissa roasted eggplant to spanakopita filo stuffed with feta and spinach, grilled asparagus and Parmesan and potato-eggplant moussaka.


Dessert specialties are the finishing touch, from Turkey’s beloved baklava pastries, chilled Greek rice pudding and Galaktoboureko custard pie to unusual festive Arab qatayefe pancakes stuffed with cheese and syrup.
