2. I have already loved roast goose since I was small. My granny and mum used to order a bowl of roast goose noodles for me when we went to yum cha. But nowadays most restaurants only serve roast ducks, which taste similar to roast goose but not as delicious.
3. This Roast Goose with Noodles came in an afternoon tea set from 3pm to 6pm. It’s HKD$58 with a drink.
4. I am very satisfied with the quality and quantity of food. Generous portion of roast goose which is not bony (you know how cunning Hong Kong restaurants can be!), with crispy skin and tender meat.
5. The noodles are very enjoyable too. But they are so slippery that I could hardly pick them up with chopsticks. I ended up eating them with the spoon…Haha, won’t blame them, it’s my poor chopsticks skills.
