To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

尖沙咀近佐敦站有間 love eat, lab eat 西餐廳，燈光柔和，要湖水綠色裝修。位置近韓國街，平日七點黎到，好像唔使等位。drink menu 有signature cocktail，perfumed martini 其實係冇香水，主要有passion fruit, red tea and vodka。小食叫左 toast with beef bone marrow, 有焗香左嘅蒜片，用匙羹塗上骨髓起法包上面，幾香口。兩隻生蠔脆邊都夠fresh, 有金屬味道。roasted chicken 都好足夠三至四人份量，雞皮脆脆的，用刀切落去雞汁瀉晒出嚟，好juicy。蕃茄spaghetti 配上烤雞，分量剛剛好。
