這十日,我喊過幾多次?!?!真的數不到(呢家寫一寫……諗一諗都眼濕濕了)。希望呢篇文出左之後,我地爭取的可以得到!(我本來諗嘅序唔係想咁寫的,但 係因為呢十日我出去都無食過餐好的,都係因為一個“大人”既決定,一時感觸,我要好好珍惜呢個自由既時刻,如果唔係第日寫乜都有人管既時候就無得寫!)呢餐本來係一餐敘舊餐, 個半月前約左先, 而朋左帶我黎的,佢話食過幾有feel而我未試過意法私房菜, 就應承左~一入去有投影機射了Logo在牆上, 店內裝修簡約但有點高貴, 充滿 Fine Dining 既貴氣,空間感很大, 很舒服...Oyster Station, 有幾款精選靚蠔見到咁靚都叫左幾隻 (每人四隻), 係美國黎的Cherry Pearl.一向都喜歡美國蠔, 喜歡佢近乎 "五臟俱全" 咁.呢隻比我之前食的Cherry Pearl更重海水味唔好睇佢瘦瘦咁, 其實都有creamy感和爽口.麵包似係 home made, 外脆內軟又暖.原來個醬係招牌菜黎嫁! 端上這盤包的待應介紹 ,這醬是用茄子磨成蓉,加上香草炒熟, 到有order時就拎出來即焗, 令食客享受到新鮮熱辣的招牌醬蕃茄水牛芝士凍配法

一入去有投影機射了Logo在牆上, 店內裝修簡約但有點高貴, 充滿 Fine Dining 既貴氣,

一向都喜歡美國蠔, 喜歡佢近乎 "五臟俱全" 咁.
呢隻比我之前食的Cherry Pearl更重海水味
唔好睇佢瘦瘦咁, 其實都有creamy感和爽口.

蕃茄水牛芝士凍配法國烏魚子
將蕃茄功粒整成片的形裝,蕃茄"合體"了,其實好脆弱同易散.廚師好醒咁用香草精華造左 jelly托住, 上面有一片厚厚的水牛芝士, 鍾意佢唔係好濃味之餘仲軟得來有少少彈性, 水份較多. 最上層係一D重草味既沙律菜同幾片薄薄的法國烏魚子令成件美點的味道更突出.

法式龍蝦湯
呢個龍蝦湯好香好濃,仲食到有濃蝦殼碎。有點粒粒的感覺,在湯中有點口感,喜歡個湯唔重cream,濃中帶點清甜

香煎鵝肝配砵酒燴葡萄
塊鵝肝既厚且大,又唔油,你唔好睇佢個面有點燶燶地, 但嗰個味係似焦糖味同油香.
平時外面多用蘋果醬中和油膩感, 呢度用無比粒的砵酒葡萄, 甜如蜜棗.

M6 和牛配紅菜頭薯蓉, 野菜,香草燒汁及喜馬拉雅山玫魂鹽
一端上來見到有一pat粉紅色的"漿"在中間,感覺有趣>.< 望望餐牌先見到原來係紅菜頭薯蓉,
不過就唔係好覺有紅菜頭的味道!薯蓉非常幼滑。旁邊的蔬菜新鮮,粒粒都漲卜卜及多汁鮮甜。牛扒我叫左rare,但一點都唔rare,實際係近乎Medium 的Medium rare。加上牛肉肉質有少許“鞋”同肉實,肉味偏淡。第一次食喜馬拉雅山玫魂鹽,少許玫瑰香同好咸O_o

我認!我認我鐘意食甜品!但我未試過自己一個食矖一個Creme Brulee,通常同人share 或點都食"靜"一啲,因為我會覺得好溜同自己食一個份量太多咁!呢次真係第一次無咁既感覺,自己食曬,仲覺得唔夠喉添!

好軟綿綿而重蛋味!因為Creme Brulee要重蛋味就要落蛋既比例多啲(⇦當然啦唔洗講啦,不過我想帶出下面嗰句⇨)而蛋多左,個布甸的質地又會實點喎~ 呢個重蛋香味, 又軟身,好creamy~ 一D都唔甜! 成個甜品好平均, 為成餐劃上完美既感歎句 >O<~!!
