The sushi set consisted of various types of sushi, including cooked shrimp, scallop, tuna, and minced tuna and others. Unfortunately, these particular sushi pieces were quite disappointing. The cooked shrimp lacked flavor and freshness, resulting in a rather bland and unappealing bite. The scallop wad dry, lacked the sweet and delicate taste. The tuna pieces were mediocre at best, with a lackluster texture and a rather dull flavor...hope the quality can be improved.

On a more positive note, the Salmon Sushi and Salmon Roll were relatively enjoyable. The salmon was fresh and had a pleasing texture, offering a delicate and mildly buttery flavor. The sushi rice provided a decent base, although it could have been better seasoned. The Salmon Roll was well-constructed, with the salmon providing a satisfying filling. These items stood out as the highlights of the meal.
