A notable dish we also tried that wasn’t part of the Rosemantic summer menu was the crispy skin salmon ($178), which true to its name, had a very crunchy, thin skin and creamy mash to go along with it.

Lastly, we ordered some desserts. The first being the Strawberry Rose Churros ($88), which is a real delight to those who enjoy cinnamon. The second was the Strawberry Rosy Tiramisu ($78), which cannot be amiss for dessert lovers. It’s different from regular tiramisu in that it has a lot more cream and has a floral fragrance.
