I passed by this cafe at Staunton Street, Central and decided to enjoy a brunch and drink as well as the beautiful rose gelato in this lazy afternoon. The all day brunch menu offers plenty choices. I chose Everything Eggs Benny made up of prossciutto ham, two poached eggs, avocado, hollandraise sauce and pistachio dukkah on sourdough bread. Wow, the dish was beautifully displayed like an artwork. My beloved avocado was arranged like two roses which appealled to your sight. The poached eggs were perfect with firm white and runny yolk. I could not resist taking some photos before enjoying the dish. The dish was freshly made upon order. It was yummy, healthy and satisfying. All the ingredients complemented well with each other.
It was perfect to take a lavendar cold brew which was simple but smelt and tasted good.
Finally, I took a signature handcrafted gelato rose as desert. It was beautiful and melt in your mouth. Both vanilla gelato and rose gelato were nice.
It was a pleasant dining experience worth trying.
