位於Rosewood 酒店地舖既意大利餐廳「Bluhouse」一值都好受歡迎,由意大利主廚主理,今日終於有機會試到POLPO E OLIVE橄欖八爪魚沙律,用上來自意大利既"Bella di Cerignola" 巨峰青橄欖,大大粒多肉又飽滿,八爪魚腍身得黎有咬口,再淋上橄欖油”Tenuta Mastromattei”,唔錯MOCKTAILecoSalty Citrus-Cooler整杯唔太甜,蘋果醋味突出,酸酸地幾好飲MARGHERITA Margherita pizza用上意大利迷你水牛芝士,番茄,basil 等等既食材,個pizza餅底偏脆身,經典又好味SAUTE' DI VONGOLE用上本地蜆配以白酒、蒜頭同烘麵包,蜆新鮮無沙,酒味香濃,個汁帶點辣,麵包蘸埋個汁一齊食真係好正RIGATONI ALLA CARBONARA粗管通粉入面裝滿左芝士,仲有豬頰肉、黑椒,但個芝士都幾膩,味道不錯的,但食左幾條粗管通粉已經覺得好膩POLLO ALLO SPIEDO叫了半隻用旋轉烤肉架烤製既雞,雞皮香脆,肉質嫩滑,配菜有薯仔同蘑菇,但就偏咸左d整體食物都不錯,不過款式唔算好多,服務員都好有

整體食物都不錯,不過款式唔算好多,服務員都好有禮貌,店內環境我就覺得太黑,對foodie黎講係好難影相,要自己打燈先影到d食物🙈
