皇室堡Royal Inn門口有一個歐陸式大噴泉⛲️好有氣派！今日早收工過來食晚餐，可以坐到個靚靚打卡位。法國鴨胸紅菜頭沙律菜式以紅菜頭作為基調，混入紅菜頭醬料偏紅色，紅紅綠綠賣相唔錯。沙律菜加入合桃同芝士粒，法式煎鴨胸肉質軟嫩多汁。炭燒8oz安格斯裙柳牛扒裙柳係牛後腹內嘅一條窄長肌肉，與封門柳相似，肉味濃郁，7成熟好嫩好柔軟，油花滲透其中。伴碟有千層薯仔，切成片口感良好。菠菜酥皮批一切開就散發濃濃菠菜及芝士香氣，批身酥皮牛油香同夠鬆，芝士菠菜餡料唔會太咸。🛎️必試指數：8/10🔆
