we been there around 2000 today. we we step in the store. they look at us but no one talk to us whether to wait or getting us a seat, everyone there treat us as invisible. we get in and out for several times and after standing outside for about 10 minutes, we come in again and finally one looked at us and said "wait a minute" that all.after another couple of minutes, we saw someone come out and we get in have ourselves seated without getting any help from people inside. during the process, noone

when we order things, we ask if they have something made in duck. one word "no" that it. then we ask if it is in chicken. one word "yes" that it again from the "old woman".
when we in the middle of our dinner, "old woman" "walk pass" our table (cable car table) "without looking at us" and waving her hand in the air saying "get into oneside". my point is NO LOOK at all, NO PLEASE at all. and we saw there are couple of cable car tables actually having 2 person at the time. beside they are here long before us. this "old woman" didn't say a thing to them. the worst is there are seats available in the middle "foldable tables" actually. the "old woman" doing the same thing over and over and ONLY to our table.
during the time my friend still in the middle of finishing her drink, she even said "still in the table when finish".
since i finished my drink, i switch to one side of the cable car table, and by that moment, i discover there are 3 movable table with 2 seats available plus the 2 seats i spared out in our cable car table. this time the younger one in the store actually ask the person next to us to seat into the 2 seat spared out in our cable car table. in fact they are 3 person together actually. they wonder why they are being moved to a 2 seated available cable car table and there are seated available in the store actually.
this is what happened tonight (26Mar08). ask yourself what kind of service you are looking for before you consider having a meal in this store.
