A1 Bakery is possibly the first bakery in Hong Kong to sell Ruby chocolate cakes.Prior to that, I've had Ruby Chocolate in the form of Nestle Kitkat and Hot Ruby Chocolate Drink.Both were fantastic as it tastes a bit like raspberry but better.The Ruby Choc Cake I got from A1 was not in its best shape as the plastic did not cover the cake properly and the sponge area was soggy.Apart from the soggy sponge part, it tasted how Ruby chocolate should but the mousse in the middle was a little too sweet
