To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Rude and disrespectful service

We are a group of friends visiting HK and decided to come to Ozone for couple of drinks. We went to the outdoor bar and waiting to be greeted and served by the bar tender, and it turned out we were so wrong about this place.1) no one told us we are supposed to go to the middle session to order the drinks. The bar tender had eye contact with me, twice, and never made any intention to let us know.2) we kinda figured out ourselves and went up to order drinks. My girl ordered hers and the other girl

1) no one told us we are supposed to go to the middle session to order the drinks. The bar tender had eye contact with me, twice, and never made any intention to let us know.

2) we kinda figured out ourselves and went up to order drinks. My girl ordered hers and the other girl's drink, and when she turned to ask what I want, the bar tender gave her the freaking check!!!! I mean, WTF?! She told the bar tender "we are not done yet." He replied "it's okay, you can have your tap open." And she told him 2 more times - "we are not done yet!" And he kept insist saying to open the tap.

It is rude and disrespecful! If you are paying more than $20 per drink and be treated like a fool in a luxiry bar is just WRONG! And by the way, the bar tender were giving us attitude and talking in the tone that "why don't you get it"

NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND PPL TO COME AND BE TREARED BY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL SERVER!
