While I won't comment on the food (it is a fast food chain after all), I felt compelled to comment on the rude wait staff. Now, I wasn't expecting top notch service at my beck and call in a fast food establishment. From the get go, I was left standing at the entrance for almost 3 minutes while the wait staff wander around the restaurant setting/clearing up table and attending customers. Not a single wait staff who saw me standing at the entrance bothered to alert the greeter of my presence.
The level of attentiveness is below par. Every table, including mine, had trouble getting the wait staffs' attention. Not every wait staffs are allow to take orders, but they also do not seem to communicate with each other. Customers had to raise their hands and leave it there until they catch the attention of the wait staffs who ARE ALLOWED to take orders.
My food took almost 30mins to arrive. When I asked one of the servers to check on my food, she crudely told me it's on the way without bothering to check with the kitchen.
In summary, almost every single waiter was working the floor with a sour-puss face, save for 2 waiters. Avoid this particular branch if you hope for an enjoyable night.
