Rude staff!!

Tried to have lunch there today but the staff was so rude! I asked for an English set lunch menu and the waitress just shook her head and shooed me away!! I understand that the waitress’ English is poor, but she can still be polite to customers. The restaurant needs to give their wait staff some training about customer service
