Once I do the booking, the staff hasn’t replied my request patiently. She told me that we don’t offer this kind of service for anyone no matter you will give extra service charge or not. I am wondering if this is really a reasonable service for serving the guest or not. Therefore, please note that the management team of this restaurant should train their subordinates for improving their attitude as well as their professionalism.
