I seldom came across authentic western dessert shop in HK so decided to check out Sift. I have high anticipation becoz of all the reputation i've heard even though am not particularly fond of sweets. My friend and I were arranged to sit at the bar so we get to watch the waiter when she prepared the desserts. We ordered the Chocolate & Strawberry Pavlova and the signature Chocolate Fantasy. I love both of 'em - the desserts were nicely decorated and they tasted good. However, I agree with the rest of the foodies that there are rooms for improvement on the presentation of the chef/waiter while she's making the dessert - this could be done in a much more professional way!

Newayz, Sift is definitely a must-try (at least for once). I may go back again but I'm hoping to see much more improvement on the dessert-making presentation...AND a new menu please!
