「海膽」一份只有5-6片. 非常矜貴, 單從外觀看色澤以及口感, 就已經品嚐到新鮮與否今年公司成功接到一單大生意, 老闆決定請客, 咁難得既機會, 食一餐豐盛宴, 立即在我腦海裡浮現朋友經常提到的S2 Kitchen, 立即提議, 各個同事舉手贊成星期六下午齊齊收工, 沿石板街往上走, 店鋪在兩旁, 小心被兩旁的綠色鐵皮排檔遮蓋以走回頭路店鋪面積不算大, 但充滿日式居酒屋的風情, 開放式廚房, 可近距離看廚師做菜安頓後, 各人先點一杯飲料, 波子味汽水, 小時候玻璃樽波子汽水就飲得多, 有粒真波子在內, 罐裝就唔係周圍有, 味道會比樽裝無咁甜, 非常夠氣S2出名十層海膽杯, 非試不可, 用試香檳杯放上10層新鮮材料, 北海道紫海膽/松葉蟹肉/白蝦/三文魚子/吞拿魚拖羅蓉/黑魚子等, 非常霸氣, 認真要稱讚廚師既細心, 一層層完成後, 海膽杯完全沒有塌下來的感覺店員提醒, 進食海膽杯不需要加豉油及wasabi, 先用筷子食上層, 再用湯匙食下層部分黑魚子 - 如小珍珠,口感爽, 陣陣咸香味 紫海膽 - 鮮甜, 醇厚, 味濃頂層有一片燒白飯魚脆片- 烤得輕盈香脆每品嚐一啖都夾雜著紫海膽,
