二月是我老公生日月份，由於今年他的生日跟農曆新年相撞，於是便提早和他慶祝。經酒店網站預訂了Sunday brunch，$688一位，有專人會同你聯絡確認預約。Sunday brunch是半自助餐形式，前菜及甜品可以自助任食，並配有魚子醬，每人一款意大利面及主菜組合而成。每人一盒魚子醬。我同老公各自選擇了一款意大利面，一款以cream sauce為主，另一款以蕃茄味為主。兩款意大利面的口感確實不錯，很有彈性，比較喜愛濃味的人可選擇cream sauce。主菜我們點了一個flank steak及lamp rack。兩款主菜都超出預期，廚師技術控制得宜，兩款主菜也恰到好處！餐廳整體食物質素超出預期，生日時有樂隊為你唱出生日歌！非常感謝及愉快的生日慶祝！
