Sad looking Pho

I ordered the lemongrass chicken with chicken soup. First, they gave my order to the wrong table, then they took it back, redid the soup but not the chicken. After that, they proceeded to serve it to me just like that. The pho is very sad looking with hardly any familiar greens such as basil, etc. The lemongrass chicken had no lemongrass flavour at all, and was just super greasy. Overall not a very good place.
