The Earl Grey roll is filled with Australian milk mousse, Earl Grey jelly and mochi.

I really liked it because every part of the roll was delicious from the fragrant but not too sweet roll that had a natrual Earl Grey taste to the lovely Earl Grey jelly and mousse in the middle.

The mochi element was a bit weird because the texture was sticky and sweet.
