From the servers description, all the sake was produced at Fukui Prefecture. I would say most of them were a bit strong for my taste although we did n't order food as we were quite full from our afternoon tea. My favorite was the 3rd one and my least favorite was the 5th one. I think it is a fun challenge and it will let you get to taste different types of sake all at once so you get to choose one that suits your taste.
