To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次專誠嚟試吓呢個新出的小食- 辛蒜燒茄子。同圖片有啲分別，實物係冇咁大隻嘅茄子🍆 但係味道非常不錯，好多蒜粒同夠辛辣，食到出晒汗💦 一至兩個人食啱啱好！另外，朋友推介呢個「蕃茄湯底」配10小辣，湯底本身甜甜地配少少辣，其實都幾開胃！本來我的配料係叫竹笙，但係姐姐聽錯左落錯咗單，俾咗雞肉我 雖然已叫咗少米線，但係我都食唔晒，麵量非常多。呢間譚仔三哥位置離商場有點距離，所以平日夜晚堂食唔算太多人，坐得幾舒服！
