Watami is one of the restaurant I like before. Due to its location, I visited this Watami 4 times during my stay in HK last month. I ordered the 滑蛋炸雞排定食 3 times. Except the first trail is acceptable, the remaining 2 trails are totally terrible. The bitter taste of burned meat and overcooked eggs kill the whole dish. It's an absolute nightmare to have a 定食 if there's a fatal problem on the main dish (i.e., 滑蛋 & 炸雞排). Finally, I shift to order the 日替 (grilled chicken). As a normal dinner, I

I ordered the 滑蛋炸雞排定食 3 times. Except the first trail is acceptable, the remaining 2 trails are totally terrible. The bitter taste of burned meat and overcooked eggs kill the whole dish. It's an absolute nightmare to have a 定食 if there's a fatal problem on the main dish (i.e., 滑蛋 & 炸雞排).
Finally, I shift to order the 日替 (grilled chicken). As a normal dinner, I expect this is the quickest food to arrive our dinning table. However, this 日替 took over 20 minutes to arrive. Also, the cold (not warm) chicken meat with hard texture totally stop my appetite. What happen to the food delivery logistic arrangement?
Although the food are horrible, the overall services is quite good.

I wish, Watami HK, face this problem and find out a solution to control the temperature and food quality. Since all problems are arising from the food quality, I think Watami HK's management should review its chef's ability in order to maintain its brand.
