I had visited Cheesecake Factory in the US and was thrilled to see the HK branch opened up earlier this year. This was my second visit and there were no crazy lineups anymore. Nonetheless, the food still tasted awesome. Ordered the four cheese pasta and mandarin chicken salad this time. The cheese pasta was really filling so I wouldn't recommend it to non-cheese lovers. Ordered the four cheese pasta and mandarin chicken salad this time. The cheese pasta was really filling so I wouldn't recommend it to non-cheese lovers.

But the mandarin chicken salad was a pleasant surprise. The presentation had a "wow" factor. I loved the dressing and the crispness of the salad. Would be even better if there were more mandarin slices though. Overall, highly recommend to try.
