Had a very satisfying bowl of chilli pork ramen here.The stock was unctuos and thick, full of umami. Very tasty broth. You can choose thin or thick noodles. I had the thick ones, which were nice. Al dente, which a bit of bite.The prices might seem high compared to some cheap places, but it is also very generous with quality ingredients.The char siu pork slices were average. Could have been a bit more barbecued.I'd happily come back here when I get a craving got pork ramen.
