I have been a customer of Tonkichi for several times. Owing to the satisfying services and delicious food provided by staff, I’m here to deliver my honest thoughts about this restaurant through this review.First, to talk about the food, the outlook of the food is mouthwatering. First, to talk about the food, the outlook of the food is mouthwatering. Fried porks of desirable quality are served separately with Japanese rice, lemon and salad for a sense of freshness, together with a range of choice of sauce for customer’s preference. Though the price is not friendly, it is worth the taste.
For the service, most of the staff there works with passion and diligence. I have been experiencing the staff’s services since the restaurant’s opening. The earlier staff were always responsive and cared our needs.
The new staff team, although with a slightly agitated manner, still intends to put effort to improvise their service. Some staff explained to us about their restaurant’s new arrangements and recommended to us the use of different sauce. I appreciate their effort to maintain the wellness of Tonkichi!
All in all, I’m quite satisfied with the service and food of Tonkichi. Though the new staff team needs more training and effort to catch up with the old team, I believe that they will learn and improve.
