The day was sunny and warm (even in winter time), so I was worried if it will effect my appetite on a thick tonkotsu soup. Although they offer a lighter version, but I don't like half-assing favour so I ordered what I love.

Like every ramen lover, I start with a sip of the soup. The umami hit as soon as the soup hit my pallet, the essence of pork bone ,fish oil and slight charrness from the Char Siu (BBQ pork) follows. The textute was not oily or it was pretty easy to finish the soup for me.

Another highlight would be the Char Siu itself, plain well made char siu with the right flavor balance with the soup.

You can taste the efford given by the owner in that bowl, nothing too fancy but a soild good ramen bowl made with heart. Totally recommend!
