I love steak and now there is another steak place in Central.Steak Bar is located in LFK where Sodam used to be.There are various of cuts and styles to choose from like Fried steak.I chose the flat iron which is a delicious chunk of steak!It comes with rice, sides and a salad.I had it medium rare so it was seared nicely whilst red in the middle.The best thing was that there was so much myglobin, the reason I love steak so much.The only thing that spoiled it was the big tendon which I didn't eat,

The only thing that spoiled it was the big tendon which I didn't eat, otherwise top marks.The staff thought I didn't know how to cut it and offered to slice it for me but I was actually avoiding the tendon.
In UK, they would happily change it for you but this is Hong Kong so I didn't bother with them.
