It was late Monday night after dinner. Whilst walking back to Time Square's car park with my mind set on only getting home for a good rest, "someone" besides me suddenly had a crave for dessert, so we decided to give this place a try for the first time~
The dessert menu was full of mouth-watering choices but since we were still full from dinner, we went for the "lighter and more refreshing" choices of Passionfruit pavlova and Spiced Brulee w/short bread.

The Passionfruit pavlova was served with mango & passionfruit puree, mango chunks & mini sized pavlova. The sweetness from the pavlova was well-balanced by the bracing acidity of the mango and passionfruit. The combination was refreshing in taste and colour mix appealing.

Spiced brulee reminds me of Christmas ginger bread man - full of cinnamon, nutmeg, and of course ginger fragrance. The texture of brulee was soft and creamy. Can't go wrong with choosing this one!

Very satisfying desserts, with good service from the floor staff, perfect way to end a dinner night out.
