星期六要番半日工,收工搵朋友食餐好既。平日中午見呢間面店好多人等位,就決定一嘗滋味。星期六中午反而唔見太多人等位,都係等左10-15分鐘左右,不過就一定要人齊先入得。安排左坐卡位,環境都幾舒適。朋友愛吃辣,就叫左呢碗紅噹噹既沾面。雖然睇就好紅,但食落唔太辣。但係我地都嫌太油已且湯汁唔濃味。比較失望我們先吃了叉燒沾汁面才吃這個,神山沾汁面比到個驚喜我地,可能因為有對比,哈。這個的沾面汁好濃味,質地都比較濃稠,每啖面都可以沾上足夠的湯汁。舊肉好入味好淋,但如果唔食肥肉既人就唔好叫呢個啦。不得不讚,個流心蛋一流餃子煎到個底脆卜卜,唔會好乾身
