Pinot Duck (Closed)

it was a super chill Saturday. head to stanley for Chez Patrick coz they have the most amazing beef tartar in town. no idea that all of their restaurants closed in HK. so went to the one next door instead. environment is okay. got the semi open kitchen and bar chickpea salad. it's okay.steam egg. it's okay.crispy duck wing. tasty but need more seasoningduck fat noodle. the duck and the bacon is super dry. not recommended.duck soup dumpling. a bit too salty.new Zealand pinky noir. just okay.so f
