It was my first time making sausages and i really had a lot of fun! I like the way that we were assigned into groups so that it’s possible to meet new friends on the event Each group was making different types of sausages and my group is to make apple, sages and rosemary sausage. We had to start from zero and prepare everything by ourselves, like chopping the ingredients and mixing the minced meats with seasonings. It was not as easy as expected but we made it at last! Each group was making different types of sausages and my group is to make apple, sages and rosemary sausage. We had to start from zero and prepare everything by ourselves, like chopping the ingredients and mixing the minced meats with seasonings. It was not as easy as expected but we made it at last! People in the Butchers Club are very helpful and nice. They help me out when I accidentally break the sausage casings while filling it with minced meats LOL Had such a great time and will definitely come back again for other cookery events!
