Fish Slices with Pickled Vegetables - a huge pot of sole with rice vermicelli in a savory, appetizing and slightly hot and numbing soup that was served boiling hot.

Stir-fried Indian Lettuce - freshly fried with a generous amount of chopped garlic.

Osmanthus Jelly - great dessert that also acted as a palate cleanser after a scrumptious lunch.

The set was recommended for 2 but it would probably be enough for 3-4 to share. We skipped the rice to save room for beer. Every dish was perfectly seasoned - not oversalted, not MSG-enhanced, and not greasy like most Sichuan cuisine in HK.
