Saw this cute vegetable tart, and had to try it, despite I already decided to try something else.The vegetable tart looked so fun, a mediterannean colourful medly of vegetables: Aubergine, red onions, baby sweetcorn, olives, pumpkin, red pepper, button mushroom, courgette, yellow cherry tomato, red cherry tomato.It was very fun to eat, and tasted strong of italian herbs. I was expecting a bland tart, but it was packed with more flavour than imagined.But in general anything tastes good at Pacific
