"Something Wild" theme is to give customers a taste of wilderness in the City. There are three "Something Wild" branch in Hong Kong. TST one is the first restaurant and the name is "Something Wild". The one in Wan Chai is "Something Wild - The Farm" and Prince Edward one is "Something Wild - The Sea". The menu offers a lot of seafood dishes but we did not order the recommend dish "Baked Lobster Combo". Instead we ordered several dishes to share.
Dinner Set A $138
Set includes daily soup or salad, pizza or spaghetti and daily dessert. Ordered the smoked salmon caser salad and handmade Hawaiian pizza (8"). Veggie is crunchy and the caser sauce is sufficient (not over flooded or too little). Salmon is fresh and the bread bits is crunchy too. The pizza was bigger than we expected! According to the menu, the dinner set is for 1 person. 8 pieces of pizza for 1 person is quite a lot. Pizza ingredients is pineapple, mushroom, ham and cheese. Pizza is crispy with a thin crust. The cheese is rich in flavor and smell.
Spaghetti Vongole $118
Spaghetti texture is chewy and firm. The clams is fresh, size is normal and we did not taste any "sand/rocks". Strong butter and garlic taste.

Deep Fried Grouper Filet & Chips $118
The batter was thick and dry. Filet was thick and can taste a bit of sea water. Chips was disappointing, it was greasy and soggy...to me, it's a sign the chips were fried and served, not even a second to drain them.

Live music is available after 8:30 (throughout the night) and the music is not too loud (not sure if you are sitting right in front of the band).
